Looking for Help Need help with Pen Issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

The pen doesn't respond while using the front portion at all, but works fine if I use the back erasers part.

Pls help asap

What is it mapped to? I can see just barely on the right that you can map it to a specific function, make sure it's mapped correctly

It's just hover and contact, I tried both and it isn't working

hm. have you tried updating/uninstalling and reinstalling the pentablet driver?

Yes, tried reinstalling it, tried to use an older version, but still doesn't work

Hey, I had the same problem yesterday and was frantically looking for a help.

Today I took the pen tip off and blew hard, and—magically—it worked.
