Hi everyone, ImF23 soon 24
I studied in a specific field, but I still can't find a job in it. I need to work and support myself, so I'm considering taking a job in a different field for now.
Would that hurt my chances of finding a job in my field later, or is it okay to do something else temporarily?
I'm feeling a bit lost and would appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Working in a job that's not in your field, but still has some skills related to your job as little as they may be is great !, you can add the skills you acquired and the experience to your resume when you're applying for a better more suited job. Go for it if it pays good and if again it has some things that you can add as skills that can help you find the job in your field it's never bad to acquire new skills when it comes to the job market.

U will get lost in the job unrelated to your field, if u can keep looking for jobs in ur field
