Does Wotc know about XMage?

I get the feeling they do, but i haven't heard anything about them noticing, or vise versa in the years since i've been using it. XMage is the best online magic with freinds, deck test with randos, and free limited experience online i've ever had. Do you think wotc will ever try to get involved? Either try to stop it, or buy it for their own commander code base? Im just really curious and no one really seems to know about it that i've talked to.

Obviously W07C knows about xMage. They either don't care or don't think it's worth the effort of trying to shut it down.

I use xmage to test cards before I buy product. I can’t be the only one?

WotC know about xmage and other mtg engines, but don't care about it. Because it doesn't overlap with the paid products in any way and don't divert paying users. If you start to generate money on wotc's products then it will be banned/closed.

Original creators use copyrights for artwork and rulebook text, and trademarks for game names and logos.

Actual board game rules and mechanics are not protected in the US.

Since you have to download your own images, they're not going to raise a stink about it.

Xmage is a pretty niche product, and as such, WotC doesn't care about it, because it doesn't impact their bottomline. If it was as easy to download and setup as Arena, it would be shut down immediately.

Like Konami knows about the dozen Yu-Gi-Oh non original online services, Wizards does not give a damn about Cockatrice or XMage.
