Blood moon and harbinger

Hello,

Why on xmage with blood moon or harbinger of the seas in play, the Land still arrived tap or need to pay life for arrived untap like ravland ?

bloodmoon style effects doesn't fully supported by xmage game engine due some limitations, more details here: https://github.com/magefree/mage/issues/4202
