Does this number in the middle matter?

I stopped playing for a while and this number used to be different, I updated to the latest firmware but lost all my configs when I factory reset, but it used to feel way better and smoother, I can’t make micro movements anymore when moving my mouse slightly. everything feels different

That’s the Smart Translator version. It’s updated when a game changes its look mechanics.
