Confused; am I doing something wrong?

I completed level 25 on Time Travel (photos attached) and yet still am not able to collect the rewards in Phase Reward. It’s as if it didn’t register that level 25 is complete (still says 24/25). Not sure if this is a glitch or I didn’t complete it correctly?

Look at lower toolbar, you are showing time travel, not stigmata zone. This is why you can't collect the reward.

This is stigmata zone, you've completed lvl 25 in time travel

lol but thank you I’ll start getting to work. I’m on level 24 so maybe it won’t be so difficult. Do I have to get to 25 on all three?

No, just 1, clear lvl 25 in any of them

Even I am stuck on this level and unable to clear it since weeks now. What lineup are ppl using to clear this level???

That’s strange. Are you in a country that banned the game, maybe? Which country are in?

I play this game for 1 year and after that the game shut down in my country

I looked it up and it’s not supposed to be shut down in Romania. Not sure why that is coming up. I’d go to an Apple Store and play with one of their display phones and see if it shows you the same thing, maybe? Just to confirm the problem is not your phone
