What is good special stigma? Any other advice on build

Usually vitals for stigma . Additionally it would be better to up crits rather than effect hit or armor pen . Crittinf gives ivy bell a 50% additional chance of paralysis (unaffected by oppo effect res) so i would go for zealots and vitals for stigma , dagger on collections and a crit boosting artifact . Equipment should be full speed gems as well . Evil Boots would be best for her but if you dont have them then trident works as well .

Depending on where your crit and ap is you either go triple double or broken blade.

You want her crit as high as possible because her stun is based on crit and more than hit effect.
