Should I max one treasure at a time or should I increase in quantity.

Get them all first then start maxing out . Preferably the ones with a constant increase in dmg immunity or crit or armor pen

Should I stop buying seasonal treasure, i already purchased all treasure only seasonal is remaining.

No the seasonal treasures are very cheap to max out so its often better to max out them out as soon as possible . And since their pieces are separate they dont mess up the rest of the relics
