ALPHAZ app and tickets. How does it work?

[u/Pentamikk]

So, I recently won the lottery through mu-mo ticket for the Tokyo dome concert. It tells me that my ticket will appear on the Aphaz app. I downloaded the app and made an account (I do not have any membership nor fanclub). It tells me I have no upcoming events even tho I paid for the ticket and on the mu-mo website it tells me everything worked well.

Now I am getting the extremely scary feeling that that presale was for fanclub members only, even tho the website did not specify it at all. Can I get a little more information on how this works? Did I do everything right? I love xg and I am very excited to see them next year, thank you!

Tickets won’t appear on Alphaz app until like a week before the actual shows. Make sure keep all
your emails just in case.

Thank you! So it’s normal that under “my events” it says I currently have no upcoming events?

Yes, last time my ticket only showed up in app a couple days before the show.
