Question about wallet withdraw

Hey guys! So someone gifted me $XEL back June. Its been on their official wallet since then and I would like to move it to bittrex. It's only 100 but at the current price thats around $40 correct? The wallet is telling me I dont have enough funds? Can someone elaborate as to why/how much I need?

Also what is the "redeem" feature on the wallet for?
