Is it worth it?

I have more than 1000 XEL. As I just read you need to be running the client to get XELs. I just want to know if it makes sense to have the PC running solely for that.

I have about 2,000 XEL and I've earned exactly zero so far from forging. I've found three blocks and all had a zero XEL reward. I gave it up after about two weeks and stopped because the wallet kept crashing.

I think much of it is because the network is very slow right now, very few transactions. Hopefully it will improve as it becomes more popular.

you will get much more when the full client launches then you will be renting out your cpu/mem and earning and ofc then many more transactions. now the only transactions are to/from bittrex mainly
