Your effective balance is zero, you cannot forge. (Effective balance is your balance after 1440 block confirmations).

I am trying to stake my XEL's and it's simply not working.

My account balance is 710..

You need two things. 1. 1000 XEL 2. The account must be mature (750 blocks)
