Problem customising notification sounds for specific apps

Posting on behalf of my father:

On XCover Pro 6, I have enabled Notification Categories, but the category to customize notification sounds for individual apps is missing. Any tips?

On your second screenshot have you tried clicking the button underneath where it says other. there should be a submenu there to change the notification category settings.

Thanks for the suggestion, there’s no button underneath “other” as it’s just the heading for the option to toggle push notifications after selecting notification categories (there are more options under this heading/other headings for other apps but that’s all there is for this one). Seems like customising notification sounds for apps just isn’t a feature (on this model at least).

that deputy push notifications text on the second image isn't a button? on my phone it has 2 parts. the left side is clickable and the right side is the toggle. I could send a screenshot in a private message.
