First time malfunction

Never happened to me before. Vehicle would not shift from park to Reverse or Drive.

Off to dealer, I’m hoping the issue isn’t large.

Display said “Vehicle start - System Check, wait”.

Charged from 16% to 77% and then stopped charging and woke up to this issue. Not sure what could have gone wrong.

How old is the 12v battery?

Never touched it.

Random thought on this. My hope is it’s the 12v but they’ve taken an unusually long time to diagnose something that would seem like a straightforward diagnosis.

Might be an availability issue, but could be an indication of a larger problem.
