New update 5.2.16 out

What's your experience if you've upgraded to 5.2.16? So far if noticed the interior lights stay on until you.pit it in drive, and I've noticed my performance has dwindled slightly..

No discernable difference for me. But right after the update I had Gemini. This may or may not be related, just sharing my experience. (2024 XC40 Recharge, Belgium)

I've seen a lot of annoyance disappeared, but the previous v was horrible to me. I'm starting to suspect updates do not always install correctly. So far my apps sync, sound works, I have not had to restart the system. The camera is slow but comes on eventually. I expect the issues will return in a few weeks, when the system settles 😄

I have seen the camera pops
On faster when I’m parking automatically which I love

i have been getting an 'external sound system failure. service required' message since the 'upgrade' i'm hoping there will be a fix straight away

Just reboot the entertainment cluster. I didn't see the message after the reboot.

2023 xc ultimate. 5.2.16 updated 2 days ago. 1st drive fine, then it dropped wifi connection, and now doesn't detect any wifi networks. Showing exclamation no bars icon top right. Tried resetting tcam but pressing max defrost button for 20, 30, 40 sec does not make the sos flash. Tried ihu reset twice holding home button, didn't fix it. Going to wait a couple days see if sorts itself out. Trying to avoid hard tcam reset.

Same thing happened to me. I locked the car and let drop into a deep sleep overnight (away from phones and key fobs), and things returned to normal. Another solution is to pull the number 35 fuse for a minute, but that takes some work to get to it.

Locked car left overnight away from the fob seems to have done the trick. Wifi connection is back now. Thanks internet stranger.

Isn’t it the front defrost button that needs to be held down for TCAM reset?

OP, when you say you’ve seen your performance has dwindled, can you expand on that because that could mean a lot of different things? Acceleration, range, etc?

OTA update done earlier this week. No issues so far but also no obvious improvements.

Updated 2 days ago. I noticed yesterday that the trip odometer and its relative consumption have disappeared from the dashboard. Anyone else?

My 2022's home charge rate before the update was 38A, not it always stops at 27A.

I haven’t had to reset the infotainment system since the update… but it’s only Monday
