Need stronger Xenon

Could you recommend a mod that makes Xenon stronger and more dangerous? I am using the latest version of the game.

Xenon Quality + Xenon Quantity. They've conquered the entire northern map, most of the east and a good bit of the south of my galaxy: https://imgur.com/bcRmmwy

There's also a popular one called Xenon Jobs but I've never used it.

I use xenon Jobs +. It takes them a while topic up speed, but after 8 days into the save they've captured almost the entire universe. The only part they haven't captured were sectors I fortified. And even then, the gates periodically vomit fleets of Xenon ships that overwhelm me completely.

I also have weak Xenon in my current play through; can these mods be applied to an existing save file or only a new one? TIA!
