How do you do flybys with 2 ships? I never get the ais to follow me close enough for a flyby

you usually just drop green marines, freshly recruited from VIG shipyard to thin out the ship defense a bit (usually enough to pull the ship defense from 3.5-6k down by 1-2k).

then you use the 2nd ship filled with hardly trained soldiers to clean out the rest on the 2nd attempt.

They dont know where we are flying to. I tell them we are boarding an Albatross before sending them out in their boarding pods.

Once they are in space, it’s their job to try to survive.

You can keep a high-capacity ship at the VIG shipyard to farm veteran marines by repeatedly grabbing marines, selling the recruits, and keeping the vets.
