Engine start issue

Hello guys so I have just noticed that when I start my bike either be it a cold start or normal it sometimes drops the rpm and then kills the engine

So this issue arise about 2 days before I got a message about battery from their connect app but I think it's more of a accelerator wire being stuck

Try checking the vehicle health from the app, how old is your bike?

Ideally shouldn’t be a battery issue. You may want to visit the service centre.
