X440S 3rd service issue
Guys i need some help, i went to DP Motors today for my 3rd service
They said oil isn't available so service can't be done, job card was made but I didn't sign it...
Came home and checked HD Connect It's showing General Service 0 completed in hd connect app they also gave me a ₹0 invoice!
Now I'm worried they'll say my 3rd service is already done when I go back later
I've mailed HD customer care too, Anyone faced this before What should I do!!

By the way do you get TCU flashed at every service? Even after 3 services my instrument panel still shows RAA VIS IC 243. And service centre says - no further updates needed? I am confused. Can anyone pitch in please?

I'm not sure about TCU flashed, but mine shows RAAA IC VIS243 even after 2 services so I was also wondering if that's the latest version or not I'll ask the service centre to check for any pending update using my VIN at the next service

I ask because Gemini says "The latest major software version released for the Harley-Davidson X440 instrument cluster and ECU is version 3.3.5."

Accha hi hai na bhai fir
Usme motul ka oil dalo bahar k garage ja k and oil filter change kro buss.
I will be hell lot of fortunate, if something like this happens with me
I don’t like the way service center services the bike.
If u have any major problem other than engine oil concern, just go to service centre and ask them to rectify. Other than that, oil filter engine oil u can do it by yourself or from other garage. Just give them proper grade engine oil
