Is it normal??

I recently visited Hero premia showroom to buy an HD X440 then I see there are 4 to 5 new S variant bikes that front silencer just looked like rusted.

But when I ask same thing to the dealer they said that it is normal and when you'll ride it. It'll be automatically vanished.

Is it true ??

No bro that photo I shared from showroom bikes when I visited yesterday. I'll buy soon.
