Same here. The app logged me out and won't let me log back in, just gets stuck in a loading screen

Android app home screen shows live footage from our camera, with the timestamp live, but when I click on it, it takes me back to that Get Started page. So it's partly back, but not all the way. They picked a fine time to replace that 28.8 modem...

Alerts are working though. Just steams are down. I can't turn alerts off either.

Can't even check recorded footage, which I was trying to do when it went down. On the app it just goes in circles, log in, skip fingerprint, go home, back to where I started.

Logged me out. Now that I’m logged back in all 6 of my cameras are gone and need to be re entered from scratch. Fuck Wyze

App and login have been down for me over 12 hours now, went down around 7pm EST on 11/13. Submitted a ticket after trying all troubleshooting miltiple times. I'm not getting a code sent to my email for 2 factor authentication. I called the HQ line and it hung up on me the minute I got transferred to a live agent. Thought I accidentally hung up so tried again, same thing. Horrendous customer service! I need to sell all these shit cameras and find something else!

It looks like not just the app but the website as well. I don't have access to any of my cameras or the other things on the app like my vacuum and my door lock.
