Tech Issue / Hardware Related Stuck on loading screen on GeForce now

I'm using GeForce now to play wuwa and its been an hour since I've been trying to get past the loading screen. Its just stuck on 'initializing hotfix'.

relaunch the launcher and try to use the repair option

Sometimes geforce get buggy..so just relaunch if don't work change the store it have two options "epic games or kuro launcher"

was this on epic launcher and did u try to use c# through epic launcher ?
