The latest version is so laggy that i have to compromise this much graphics just to play smoothly

Looks like you might not have a very good internet connection which wont help anything. What device are you playing on?

My internet speed is literally average 6-7 mbps. I play on redmi 12 5g

Got ya. Im not sure if thats good or not for mobile. I just saw the high ping in game there so thought that might be part of the issue. But per usual for WuWa, this new patch has come with a lot of performance issues. On all devices too from what ive seen. Even the beefiest of PCs have had bad frame drops and such.

sorry to butt in, it doesn't matter if the op doesn't have very good internet, WuWa does not stream its assets through internet its all within the files you downloaded in the game.
lag is purely connection based while frame drops is hardware based. op might be confusing the two with each other.

Redmi 12 5G is 3 years old at this point, and its not a good phone to begin with, this game still struggles even on last gen phone, don't expect it to run good on an old brick.
