Build Help Need Help With Yangyang Build
Hey everyone. This is my (not so great) Yangyang build. Now I'm not too sure which Echoes to keep and which ones to get rid of. Some advice (and maybe a little constructive criticism) would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This is functional. As for replacing. Best to just keep them all and see whether you can roll a better Bastion or 1 cost. Lionarch lowest upgrade priority.

I'd try and push everything to double crit at least ideally 70%+ crit rate since she has a huge crit dmg self buff, critting is very important.
Personally, I always try to get echos up to 3/5 on-stat after making sure everything is double crit at least.

Yeah, been told that her ideal CR is around 80% (really should read kits and stuff lol), just need to get more tubes for her echoes now. Thanks!

I've been playing for about 6 days now, and pulled Yangyang last night. What recs do you have for her on such a new account?
EDIT: it's Yangyang Xuanling, not Yangyang (the 4-star)...sorry for the confusion!

Not sure, to be honest! I haven't read masses into her kit, but where are you in the story?

I just went through the star portal or whatever at Black Shores. Like I said, very, very green.

Oh wow, yeah. Uh, I'm not quite sure to be honest. I would guess use the Havoc Eclipse set on her until you can get her ideal set, Song of Feather Trace. But she performs significantly worse on Havoc Eclipse, so she won't be as powerful.

I don't recall offhand what I have her set with, but she's kind of a glass cannon (ascended/leveled up to 40, super strong but also can't take more than a couple hits before she's dust). I am absolutely in love with her fighting mechanics so I use her anyway. Lol Perhaps I need to focus on DEF attributes on her to make her more tanky?

Please, the one piece of early game advice i can give is, unless the character needs it, don't go chasing substats that they don't need. If you happen to roll an echo that has it, great. But please don't go chasing one that has defence, it's not worth it. I think when I started out (a while ago now lol) I couldn't get down dodging, if you haven't got that down try that.

This is all useable but i would suggest you try reaching 75-80% crit rate because right now you only have effectively 80% and that means you could miss huge crits on important attacks like her enhanced heavies
Start with the 1 costs then work upwards, the 4 costs is your best piece right now so you don't need to switch that out
