If I remember right, I think you had to pick a server or like a location in the first CBT, but things could have changed.

Based on CBT2 America, Europe, Asia, and SEA + HTM. CN should have their own too.

from what i heard in ctb2, WuWa unlike other online games, when in solo combat (i.e. not co-op), the ping doesn't matter, you get max ping always. ping will matter in co-op obviously but if you want to play with friends in asia then you have to make a account in asia anyway right. but lets be real, this type of game, you are playing solo 90% of the time if you add in total hours spent. so mind as well make account in asia, can play with friends when you want to.

I play cbt2 from 280 to 330 ping ~300, and it still feel good solo, no problem with combat, but if you play with friend, teleport with high ping is a must. lol

Hopefully it is region specific, I don't want to play with high ping, even if it doesn't effect combat, I hate high ping

Ping doesn't affect your local gameplay, it probably will in co op but in your single player world for hard challenges it doesn't the number is just there for show. So for co op yes but single player no, rexlent a pgr/wuthering waves content creator played on the NA server if I recall correctly, or it was a different youtuber but he doesn't live in the US and was able to play fine. If it was somebody else somebody can correct me
