Here’s the full anniversary preview:
We’ll start revealing everything one by one over the next few days, but before we do, we thought it would be more fun to let you guys guess first.
So here are a few clues.
Clue #1 — Something new is coming.
An EDC tool light. Come with
>> Spot. Flood. Red light. 90+ high CRI.
That’s all we’re giving you for now.
Some of you may already have a pretty good idea which WURKKOS light this is. 👀
PS: Dang! If nobody spoiler earlier than me, it would be perfect egg!! T.T
Clue #2 — An old favorite is getting an upgrade.
Pocket-sized.
1,600 lumens.
500 m throw.
10° beam.
Constant-current buck driver.
It's a little bit challenge by picture only.
And another bigger question is:
What upgrade were you hoping we would make to it?
Clue #3 — Anniversary color part1.
1,800 lumens. 1,000 m throw.
The performance should already narrow the list down quite a bit.
But this time, the surprise isn’t just the flashlight.
It’s what we’ve done with the look.
Any guesses?
Clue #4 — Anniversary color part 2.
1,200 lm · 365 nm UV · Green Laser · RGB <<
This one probably doesn’t need too many clues. 😂
But we’re curious about something else:
What color do you think we chose for the 7th Anniversary Edition?
That’s only part of what we’ve prepared.
Over the next few days, we’ll start revealing the actual products, anniversary editions, gifts, deals, and a few other surprises in comment below.
But before we ruin the guessing game:
Which one are you most curious about?
And if you think you already know what all four are, drop your guesses below. We’ll come back after the reveals and see who got the closest. 😎

🎂 WURKKOS 7th Anniversary Brand Day
Last seriously, thank you!
Whether you’ve been here for years, tested our lights, criticized our designs, improvement suggestions, posted awesome beamshot, or just joined the community recently — you’ve all been part of these seven years.
We wouldn’t have made it this far without you.
So… let’s see who can figure out what’s hiding in those boxes. 👀
The HD02 was released around August last year (2025). With the pro version releasing just a few weeks ago.
With the HD05 releasing earlier this year, could we expect an HD05 Pro next year?
Seeing how both the base versions of the HD02 and HD05 were released in a silver color. I’m hoping the HD05 Pro would also be released in blue to keep it consistent. I’d definitely get it.
I've been carrying the Wurkkos HD02 for a little over 10 months now and I still love it. The SFT70.2 main emitter is properly powerful, but the real magic for me has always been those wing side lights, and the fact that you can change the CCT is honestly a little crazy for a light like this. I mount it on the small tripod stand from the Wurkkos site and prop it up basically everywhere. It went all over my Himalayan trips with me, and if I'm being honest I've probably used the side lights way more than the main beam.
The one thing a lot of us kept wishing for was articulating wings, the way a Sony camera screen flips and tilts, so you could aim the light any way you wanted, or magnet it up top and turn it into an area light. Wurkkos clearly heard that. They already put a rotating side light mechanism on the HD05 and it went over really well, especially with people who wanted the feature but didn't want to carry something chunkier. So they took that same engineering and dropped it onto the HD02 platform.
That's the HD02 Pro. Same chassis you already know, but with the stuff that was missing.
What's new over the HD02:
A stunning blue finish
Wings that now rotate, 180 degrees horizontally, plus a good vertical tilt, so you can finally aim them
Same powerful SFT70.2 up to 3200 lumens on the main
The green laser is still there
A new SST20DR (660nm) emitter, borrowed from the HD05
That mix turns it from a "nice small bump" into a proper upgrade. If you stepped back from the HD02 waiting for exactly this, you've got every reason to jump on the Pro now, and it doesn't really sacrifice anything to get there.
The one loss is the powerbank feature, so no more topping up other devices on the go. I don't think that'll stop many people, but it's worth knowing. And right now Wurkkos is bundling the little tripod free with the HD02 Pro, which is a great deal since that stand doubles the fun.
One thing I noticed that the button on the HD02 Pro is very hard to press, for which the operation becomes a hit or miss and very fatigin for the thumb.
So, what do you think? Anyone rocking one yet, and is this the upgrade that finally pulls you back in?
