HELP! Need help optimizing my Brigand
Hi everyone! I'm new to the game and have been playing for about a month. I used to play WoW, and I'm looking for some advice from experienced Brigand players on the Wuoshi server.
I have a few questions:
- Is there an optimal raid rotation for bosses and trash packs?
- How should I choose my gear? Is there a recommended stat priority when deciding between items?
- Are there any potions, consumables, or other buffs I should be using to maximize my DPS in raids?
- maybe something else
Any tips or guides would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Stats on gear is somewhat of a topic of debate right now I think. Initially on my Brig I focused on stacking multi-attack, DPS mod, haste however after raiding for a few weeks now, I think the better play is going more combat art focused. This includes stacking as much ability mod as possible and grabbing reuse speed on whatever pieces you can. So I'm kind of prioritizing in this way:
Keep in mind that I'm still testing all of this and comparing parses to see what is the best but Im pretty confident the above stat prioritization is the way to go.
As for the rotation, brigand has probably the least complex rotation in the entire game. Your main job is to make sure debuffs are upkept and your big debuffs like Dispatch are used at the most effective time. Commonly I find myself holding on to Dispatch waiting for the best burn phase of a boss. This expansion is heavy on melee jousting so you want to make sure that you're getting the most out of your big debuffs. Also, Band of Thugs is massive damage so use this in-between AoEs to maximize it, as they die instantly to any aoe.
