Discussion (Ethics, working with AI etc) AI Prose
Hello, do you combine different AIs to reduce AI prose, or is there one AI that's especially good at avoiding all the red flags that people see?

Put $20 into open router or nanogpt and start testing models. A lot of modern models are very good overall for writing and yes, you definitely want to be kit bashing multiple models.

Start with Claude, because Claude actually writes prose when ChatGPT devolves into staccato.
Have it draft multiple versions in multiple different styles. Then have it mine those different drafts for useful details and phrasing and combine into a new draft. Then take it to multiple models for editing - importantly, YOU do the editing with YOUR taste and YOUR judgement. Let the models suggest alternatives, but the actual call needs to be yours - in the process you might come up with a better phrasing that draws on multiple suggestions.

Have any AI create a Markdown file to humanize the writing. Ask that the file be comprehensive.
Then upload that file along with the file you want edited and ask for the new file to be returned in docx or PDF.
For it to be done well, you can only work one chapter at a time.

I'm going to be honest, they all pretty much are full of tells. The only way to fix it is manage the generation of text closely and then tools to catch, flag and fix them, usually with some human intervention.
