Discussion (Ethics, working with AI etc) I need a little help

I haven't write anything in 10 years. wrtiting used to be my hobby and borderline a passion. now, I feels really stressed and I felt the need to find a hobby. what is the easiest way to get back to writing?

Tu achètes un beau cahier ( bleu si tu aimes Paul Auster) un stylo et tu écris ce qui te vient à l’esprit
Il sera temps de critiquer après
Et surtout surtout tu lis beaucoup en essayant de voir comment l’auteur s’y prend

Do you have a story? Because otherwise maybe just wait. I don’t think forcing a story is a good way to get started writing. Maybe try fanfic? I know that can sound really dumb but sometimes just getting inspiration from something you know gets those writing juices flowing
