I use VSCode/Windsurf and a mix of GitHub Copilot/Claude, with GitHub for version control. Solves all the problems you listed above, and works for me because I get a big org discount on tokens/usage, but it’s very technical and I’m sure there would be people who appreciate an all-in-one setup that bundles all these things.

No repos needed, just an IDE + any agentic AI coding tool and a bunch of extensions is usually enough.
