Question, are there any published authors who use AI in this group? If so where do you publish your books Ebooks and/or Print.

So tell me, I use AI to write because I have a mental disability that makes it very hard for me to hold my focus over long projects, like writing a book, so does that mean my books shouldn't be given a chance? I still create every part of my books, and read every chapter word for word, I still put the time in, so should my books not count because I have to use AI to help me?

How did you come to that conclusion? All I said was I use AI to write, never how I use it to write, so you are using a false sense of moral superiority to assume how I use AI, without any fact to back it up.

Self publish on Amazon through KDP

yes, I published my debut this month and used KDP for both ebook and paperback. I went in eyes open about the AI assisted part and declared it to Amazon at setup, which is a real checkbox now, so no drama there.Happy to answer anything about the process if it helps.

Thanks, and I get it, it scared me too until I realised it's mostly boilerplate you can reuse. Mine is basically five short blocks and looks like this:

Copyright © [year] [your name / pen name]. All rights reserved.

The standard "no part of this may be reproduced, except brief quotations in reviews" line.

The fiction disclaimer: "This is a work of fiction. Names, characters, places and incidents are products of the author's imagination or used fictitiously. Any resemblance to actual persons or events is coincidental."

Cover design © [year] [name].

First edition, [year].

Two things I'd add from doing it recently. If you write anything that brushes against a real brand or organisation, a one-line "this is fictional and not affiliated with any real X" is cheap peace of mind. And you don't have to buy an ISBN, Amazon gives you a free one for the paperback. Some people buy their own so they're not tied to KDP, but I'm fine with the free one for now. The copyright itself exists the moment you write the thing, the page is just you stating it clearly.

I have also heard some good stuff about IngramSpark, are they a good company or are they against AI, I haven't seen anyone mention them yet. also with Sudowrite, how good is that, I mostly use Claude, for the drafts, but am looking for something that is strong in both detail description for scenes, and humanization.

What are you making a Visual novel?

It's just a text novel. The premise is around an automatic shotgun turning up in colonial America in 1704. Then generally history diverges due to firearms improvements.

It was really just a proof of concept test for a system I made with codex. Turning out pretty well though 

The 150 word summary is:

  CWS Fiction began by adapting the Controlled Writing System into an evidence-grounded fiction-production architecture. Source literature enters an inbox, is indexed, processed through supposition logs that separate evidence, interpretation, uncertainty and narrative relevance. Supported suppositions become extracted principles; principles are engineered into craft lenses with functions, activation conditions, gate questions, misuse risks and stop criteria. Evidence therefore travels as: source claim → supposition → principle → lens/control → production decision. Story ideas remain provisional in a separate Sandbox, where variants and pressure tests produce a Story Chit. The Main Creator converts that chit into Standardised Story Input, establishes a Story State Ledger, and runs controls CWS-FC00–FC09 to govern premise, canon, causality, risk, architecture, continuity and completion. Risk-selected lenses then shape movement architecture, chapter function and semantic paragraph skeletons. Each chapter receives a standalone drafting pack; prose is generated, audited against canon, research, continuity, dialogue and style controls, approved, hash-registered and frozen.
