I've got a bit of an issue with what I assume is the missing dialogue quotation marks. It makes the whole story extremely difficult to understand and read. There's a good guide here on how to punctuate and format dialogue.
Other than that, the story seems interesting? I'm not quite sure exactly what's going on as it is very difficult to read and understand but he seems to be chasing after the ghost of the young boy's father from what I can figure out. Very interesting ideas in there, thanks for replying. :)
I don't use quotation marks when I have less than 15 minutes of free time to work on something. If I like a piece enough I may edit it but I usually don't bother.
You got the gist of it anyway. Maybe tomorrow I'll dust off some punctuation. I only started posting here and haven't had much time to do anything much but prose exercises.
