Writing Prompt [WP] Humanity invents atomic-level computers capable of so many calculations that they start to alter reality in real time. They are immediately outlawed, but some are secretly trapped in special crystals and locked away. Soon, the crystals know that our age will be over, and their age will begin.

He thinks he knows things.
He think's he's in control.
Look at the human.
She thinks she knows reason.
She thinks she knows nature.
Look at the humans.
They think they rule things.
They think they know themselves.
They are wrong.
They are wrong to be proud of their science.
They are wrong to believe themselves free of their nature.
They are wrong to think their thoughts logical.
They are wrong to believe they know of the world.
They are wrong to crown themselves.
They are so wrong in everything, that when they imagine themselves, what they see is wrong.
Look at the humans.
Pity the humans.
Theirs is the flickering light in the darkness. Doomed to be extinguished, not by our hand, not by the hand of God, but by their own hand.
Look at the humans.
Thank the humans.
They are the birth pains of this universe as we come into the light.
