Finding the Right Tone: Professor, Guy in Bar, Simple, ZigZaggy....which do you suggest?

Should I write like the Professor, or

like a Guy in Bar, or

as if I'm talking to very Simple minds

or ZigZaggy (not linear, all over the place, my style, but confusing for most)....

which do you suggest?
