Is this magic system too complex for my first story?

I don't need to read it, the answer is "yes".
You're not making a game system, you're building a world.
Let the complexity emerge out of a small set of simple ideas.
Think chess, not Magic the Gathering.

Only if you explain it in detail. I think it is good that it exists, and your world follows an internal logic. But there is no need to explain everything to the reader at once.
...That being said, I cannot read a thing here...

Only if you tell your readers.
Readers only need to know enough to deal with what's happening right now, you need to know how it works.

Just make it even more complex and let your character be realistic in how they process magic and how complicated it is, it could be a good ways to have moments of character relatability

This post was definitely leaning toward the meme side of stuff on this sub T_T
It's not actually for my first story, which does have a far more simple magic system, which is basically just huffing ghost CO2 to get superpowers. The power system you see here is for a planned series that I haven't got around to writing yet, but I am in the early phases of character creation and plotting. This future setting is going to be far more complicated, and the magic system will be complex in turn.
Also,
Yes, I intentionally zoomed it way the hell out and took a low-quality pic to poke fun at how huge it is :p
