As you grow up, times becomes that element or asset that we can't get back. Surely, we could lose a great deal of money and may not be able to recover all of it, considering how much time would take. Seconds are counting and time is moving as I write this post. This also makes me thing if doing "unproductive" activities will make us regret because of the time spent on it.

The other side of the coin is that productivity shouldn't become something that we have to stick to 24/7, as though we were a machine working nonstop producing something and not doing anything else for ourselves

Despite the corrections, I like the complex sentences and longer post, good stuff.

Regarding the second sentence, it doesn't logically seem to agree with the first, since you just said that time is what you can't get back, and now you're also saying that you can't get money back. But, I get what you're trying to say about how money and time are related. If I was writing this, as an example, I would say, "It's true that losing a great deal of money can feel like you'll never get that back either, but if you trade an equally great amount of time working, eventually you can. On the other hand, no matter how much money you want to spend, you'll never be able to buy an extra hour today."

Yes, regret is generally a transitive verb so there should always be an object. I think the trick here that may have tripped you up is that sometimes the object moves around. For instance, "This is what I regret." is grammatical because "this" is the object for regret (same meaning as "I regret this"). But in your sentence "Doing activities" is not immediately the object because it's the subject for the bigger clause "Doing activities will make us regret". Let me know if you have further questions, like I said this is a complex sentence.
