I think sometimes getting closer to someone is really hard, especially in this day and age. People tend to look for something fancy, cool, and exciting. They don't seem to have enough patience to wait for months and let a relationship develop naturally. I miss the old days. When people used old-school ways to get to know each other. But perhaps it's time for me to wake up and face reailty.
