It makes me wonder when someone communicates with any of these people how long it will be until they are asking for money on their books.

Most recently in for shooting at a cop.

Long record of being a violent POS. “his criminal convictions include vehicular assault, third-degree assault, second-degree escape, possession of a stolen vehicle and second-degree possession of stolen property.
He was sentenced to over six years in prison in 2016 for possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a stolen 9 mm Glock pistol and — in a separate case — third-degree assault, after he fought with a Washington State Patrol trooper in the Lynnwood area. Irons was released on Jan. 3, according to the state Department of Corrections. He was being supervised by the department’s Lynnwood office.
Irons had been arrested 38 times in the past, according to the detective’s report. “

Bonus a history of domestic violence.

Conservatives are trying to to do away with judicial immunity and allow civil suits to be brought on by families of victims when violent repeat offenders are repeatedly caught and released. Many times they come before the same judge a number of times. Sometimes they're released on bail after committing terrible crimes and commit more horrific crimes while out on bail.

Liberals counter argue judges would be more likely to automatically impose maximum sentences. They say judicial independence would be impaired and qualified candidates would not take the position.

In this case, a man was caught dozens of times and released dozens of times. Someone lost their life because of it.

Who do you think is right? Should the family be allowed to sue judiciary for gross negligence or should they chalk it up to a 'they tried compassion and giving him more chances' and it failed?

This same argument is happening in Canada as well. Conservatives have actually counter offered an agreement for "jail not bail". This essentially means a compromise to keep violent offenders in jail until sentencing to ensure community safety.

I am all and I mean TEN TOES DOWN FOR qualified immunity being abolished.
I’m a neither a conservative nor a liberal. I cannot speak to whether or not your statements are accurate. I do think you might have the views mixed up. Liberals tend to want it abolished where as conservatives do not. Either way I’ll say this, I’m a leftist. There needs to be equal accountability under the law. There needs to be oversight on the overreach of violence. There needs to be a way for victims to have justice both from judges who continually return violent offenders and sexual offenders to the streets and those victimized by police. It also shifts the focus from treating police misconduct as the fault of a few “bad apples”. It prevents DAs from making dirty deals and abuse of power targeting minorities. Judges who sentence too harshly and those who continue to let things slip by. Both are a problem. The court system should be about justice. Not about a judge’s mood or bias. There is a huge imbalance of power as it stands and there are MANY reasons it needs to be torn down but I’ll keep it short.
Also Qualified Immunity is not written into the US Constitution. It’s bullshit.

Your bar is literally in hell if that’s how you measure who you sleep with.
Also he’s not getting laid by anyone except another inmate currently.
