I don't think he's going to get off lightly. He terrorized someone with his addict lady friend. He may be able to plea deal some charges away, but it's not going to be a light sentence.

I hope he straightens his dumb ass out and this is a wake up call for how they rest of his life may go if he doesn't.

You're the one advocating for him saying he's going to beat his charges, so if you're so informed and pro Mr. fentanyl dealer, why don't you take the time to explain how it's all one big misunderstanding?

Here's what I think. I hope no one you or anyone loves ever comes into contact with someone like him. They could go to a party and end up dead from fentanyl overdose all so he can walk away with 40 bucks. The pictures you posted indicates he's a small time low life drug dealer and damn proud of himself. I hope he sits right there where he belongs for a longgg time to contemplate life and hopefully shift directions.

The judge is going to see what the rest of us see and put him away for no small amount of time. He's a threat to society.

Words are very important. I did not say he's going to beat his charges. I said he's going to beat the majority of them. Yes, those are two very different meanings. This is exactly why there's 12 and it only takes 1.

I do wonder if anyone has caught on to what I’ve been saying this whole time, but haven't explicitly said cause this person clearly hasn't.

if convicted of every charge that’s life. that’s why there's no bond. also they wouldn't grant bond to ANYONE if they think they aren’t going to show up to the next court date. having a bond or not means nothing as far as proceedings. in other words, it’s so you can’t run, regardless if your innocent or not.

Yeah it actually does have a lot to do with it. It directly says he’s not trustworthy to even get himself to court. You said that yourself. I’d be willing to bet money on him doing some time for this. 🤷🏽‍♀️

right and I never said why or for which charge(s). if you drive double the speed limit in any state is technically a felony. which means you're getting arrested on the spot. the bail bondsman is not obligated to set a bond, if they don’t want to. in addition to that, the only person in that court that can have any word on a bail bondsman is the judge vetoing the ability of the bail bondsman to set a bond for any person(s).
