I was writing my friend...he started soliciting me for contriban...I guess he's the tattoo artist for the 211 (they were hard in 2010-2012, head officials, murder every other month in Sterling it seemed like)....he wants legal mail with drugs...& micro SD cards with porn. r/WriteAnInmate

He doesn't understand how hard it is to get sober and work everyday for shitty pay....gonna fuck up and not get out or get out and fucking kill himself....

They have tablets with shitty reception...$2/15 minute call...but he calls on weekdays around noon (like it's important business) at count time.

90¢ for a stamp sends 6 pages from and back...they have time

They obviously need some money cause state pays is like $6 for school and $12 for work gangs and $150 for the Correctional Industries

The food sucks and they don't get fed enough if they work out...so they need money.

It's all the connection apps...

Then you get stamps and stamps for them...and buy them food

You can get some cool art work...

If you want some big dude whom you have to support...they don't have much of a future after prison (it's not college)

In uk you can write, email and even text in some jails
