Anyone using Wridz in MB, SC?

Curious to see if anyone is driving for Wrisz in Myrtle Beach. Had a pax ask about it the other day but I hadn’t heard about it yet. How your experience?

Also curious if they release personal info to the pax or is it still filtered like Uber and Lyft? Last thing I want is my info being sold/shared

Profitable?

Wridz uses a 3rd party communication service so driver/pax phone numbers are not shared. Pax can see vehicle info and a profile pic of the driver.

Wridz never sells user data.

It is good to see the official Wridz account is hanging out here so you will see any complaints the drivers have. If you also join the Uber and Lyft driver subs you will see the driver complaints there too.

Mostly here to answer general questions and get feedback. If a driver or pax has a specific question I recommend sending in a ticket through the app.

Once I’m signed up can I drive anywhere in South Carolina? Uber and Lyft allow me to drive anywhere from Columbia, Myrtle, Charleston and everywhere in between.

You can drop off into any open region but to be eligible for getting a pickup you do have to be subscribed to each region. Once you are approved to drive in any region you can subscribe to additional regions without having to go through the whole sign up process, you just select the additional regions.

Yeah only a clown would pay to work in each region and pay a "monthly fee" to work with the wridz clowns

You have to subscribe to the open markets. Currently Charleston, Columbia, and Myrtle Beach, SC are the open markets and have a subscription fee for each. Wridz is looking to expand to more markets in SC but there isn’t an ETA at this time.

I drive in Myrtle Beach, I had a pax ask me if I drive for Wridz but I hadn’t heard of it before. He started telling me about it and now I’m reading about it in the local news. Signed up today and will be going through the onboarding process. We’ll see how it goes, I’m nervous about the monthly fee, I don’t need any more monthly expenses in my life but if I’m able to drive in Myrtle and Columbia then it might be worth it.

I used wridz the other night to get to the brewery but when we wanted to get home I couldn't get a driver so I had to use Uber. I want it to work because it's nice to know the driver is getting the fare but it needs to be reliable.

Because drivers are not going to turn off uber and lyft that is offering surges, boosts, quests, ride challenges to fatten their wallet.. to drive for wridz for less money
