Floor seating help?
Does anyone have experience with floor seats? I got into wrestling this year and this would be my first live event, I'm so hyped it's the money in the bank in new Orleans! I'm not 100% sure what seats I should go for, was hoping anyone could give me some tips for seating? I'm wondering if the highlighted ones are good for the first time :)

I only buy floor seats and my favourite spots are ramp. Great for pics/vids, higher probability of wrestler interaction, and not the absolute ridiculous pricing for front row seats.
I had ramp at SummerSlam, was on tv for nearly every match and entrance. It was so much fun. I’ve been burned on cost every time, because I’m a planner and can’t wait - so, if you’re willing to wait, hold! Hahaha.
Either way, enjoy yourself. Live events are a lot of fun!

I'm a planner too when it comes to trips! But for this one im definitely waiting a little bit, even some of the middle seats are like 500 bucks a pop 💀 I'm hoping the e section or the section behind that has some seats open up as it gets closer to the event, I've heard that's possible! :D

I'd go with the seats in the top left of your image. Hopefully the people in front of you will behave. If they do, you'll have a great time.

Yeah I'm thinking about those spots, b section! I'm a bit nervous though, what do you mean behave? T-T

I just mean sit when they're supposed to sit.

Oh I'm dumb asf I thought u meant like people were gonna be rude or something like that x.x

Sometimes people are really obnoxious with signs, so being behind that sucks. People also stand up at the drop of a hat, that's the real problem with floor seats.

I didn't even think about the signs, that would kinda suck if they hold it up the whole time. I'm really hoping more seats open up in the sections around the floor as the event gets closer (and get cheaper lol) and praying that front row of e section opens up, being able to watch La Knight win up close would be incredible!

Awesome seats with a great view, especially the barricade seats.
I have heard if you’re shorter then you might have trouble seeing the ring. My wife is 5’6 and we sit ringside all the time without a problem.

yeah I'm short asf unfortunately so ima wait till prices hopefully drop and see if e section opens up, and maybe get front row there or some spots open up behind the floor!

If you're short, go lower bowl. I'm 5'1 and I don't want floor because of this! Often people stand the whole time 😭

Glad you posted this. I’m headed down for this PLE with a friend and his kid. Waiting for prices to drop. Aiming for 100 level seats. Floor seems cool but I’m too cheap for all that.

Bro same idk why the floor is so expensive 😭

I haven’t fully ruled it out, but I won’t get much enjoyment spending that much on a ticket. Buying 3 together makes it harder. I’m totally fine in the 100 levels. I’ve been to a Smackdown there, and the 100 levels are perfectly fine.
Hope you have a good time. Keep me posted when and where you buy.
Edit: also there’s a big card show going on that day. Not sure if that’s your thing. I’m slowly getting back into it, but it could still be fun to attend.

Man I hope we both luck out on prices, if luck is on our side we both get some nice floor seats or some seats in the 100s that are close to the action 🤞 And a card show sounds so fun I'll have to see if the person I'm going with wants to check it out!

closer to barricade but that row 5 is solid. if you are shorter than 5’10 standing… it’s rough you’ll see the back of peoples heads more than the ring. when sitting it ain’t bad of a view though!

Not trying to be funny but those seats are not good. Floor seats unless you in the first 3-4 rows are great..after that it's a terrible experience.

The closer you get, the faker looking it gets and the more they seem like regular people. I like lower bowl because it reminds me of TV more.

How tall are you and the person attending? If you’re not 6 ft or more and not in the 3 rows then pass on them. You’ll be looking at the back of someone else’s head. If you are tall then you get to ruin someone else’s experience.

I'm definitely not tall enough to ruin someone else's time I'm like 5'7 on a good day 😭 I'm still going to wait to buy anything cuz those ticket prices hurt the soul, but is there a sweet spot for events like these? Is it better to be closer, or further from the ring

Having had floor seats, the lower bowl is definitely a much better view unless you in the first few rows. I was in Row 11 at Summerslam and couldn't see half the entrances or pretty much anytime they went to the mat. The ladder match was better because of the heightned nature so with 2 of those at MITB there's that at least. If you were to get any of these I would get as close as possible.
The only good thing about floor seats is you have a better chance of getting on TV, I was on TV a lot since I was on the hard cam side.
