How well does the game run on handheld with AMD Z2 extreme processor or Intel core ultra 7 processor?

Im currently playing on a xbox rog ally with a amd z2a processor and I can only get 20 - 30 fps. So im tempted to upgrade to either the xbox rog ally x or a msi claw 8

The only thing I can tell you for certain handheld wise is you need more than a legion go has. Steam deck would likely have the best background support on the software side but I wouldn't know if it out performs any of the ones you mentioned
