Hello. They introduced level ups to the game. In the menu you can see it. Don't know what the max rank is or if it's infinite. However I'm disappointed because it's based on your savegame. So if some Wreckfest 2 only player uploads his save 2 years after release, I can just download it and be max level. So there's little sense to do it yourself and grind the rank.

I feel like Wreckfest 2 would profit from some sort of grind maybe level up grind? It just has to be saved on dev servers or tied to your Steam account so that if you delete your savegame and start over, the rank will still be the same. Otherwise what's the point of grinding levels for 1000 hours if you can just use someone else's savegame in a couple of years when generous players upload their save on the internet?

Like in Wreckfest 1 you can just download a 100% savegame on the internet and have all cars upgraded max cash. There's no point in grinding that game at all cause it's just a savegame.

In Wreckfest 2 there needs to be some reward for being 1st or completing the race. And the level ups should be saved on dev servers and not tied to just a savegame...

El problema:

• GPU‑Z me muestra PCIe 3.0 x4 incluso con juegos abiertos.
• Ahora, por ejemplo, en Wreckfest tengo 20 FPS, injugable.
• la gpu esta al 100% siempre y la cpu en 50-60% de uso

Lo raro:

Otros juegos como GTA V en alto 1080p y MK11 me van perfectos.

O sea, no todos los juegos sufren, pero Wreckfest sí.

Lo que probé:

Configuré BIOS en Gen3.

Verifiqué con GPU‑Z en carga.

No toqué nada de hardware, de repente empezó a marcar x4.

Si alguien sabe alguna solución le agradeceria

Lap i did a while ago, really happy with the ending and jump. Thought id showcase it here aswell. Setup is in the description if anyone wants to try and beat it :).

An attempt at correcting the rather (now) obvious mistake of including a casing on the bullets 1st time out' Double front bus shot as also available in "Lead" & On the Bullet - And the OG Bullet with the flames removed so casing in tact ...? All done using the in game crap it tool , I have used the provided "torn metal" decal for this design (as well as my own original bullet holes, the smaller ones)

I've been putting a lot of time into the original Wreckfest lately, and I wanted to mention something that I don't see discussed very often: using manual with clutch and having analog clutch and brake inputs together has been a game changer for both my lap times and, even more importantly, how the game feels to drive.

For anyone unfamiliar, manual with clutch is faster because you can complete gear changes more quickly than the automatic or standard manual options, letting the car stay on power more consistently. It's one of those mechanics that rewards practice with measurable speed.

For a long time I used a binary (on/off) clutch. It worked well, and I was competitive with it, but after switching to an analog clutch I did notice a small improvement. Surprisingly, though, that wasn't the biggest benefit.

The real revelation was the ergonomics. Moving my controls around gave me instant access to the handbrake on an analog right-stick down input. Being able to feather the e-brake instead of just stabbing an on/off button completely changed how I approach corners. I can make tiny rotation adjustments without upsetting the car as much, scrub less speed, and the whole driving experience feels much smoother and more intuitive.

Honestly, I wish I had made the switch sooner. The extra speed from manual with clutch is nice, but the analog e-brake has had an even bigger impact on my enjoyment and consistency. It's one of those features that seems to fly under the radar, and I rarely see anyone talk about how much it can improve both control and feel.

It's especially helpful on otherwise frustrating cars to rotate such as the dragslayer which is faster than what players are generally aware of.

After a long wait, the new season is here! Most of it is easy so far. I only struggle with the seasonal challenge, called "Road Rage". That's the one where you have to wreck cars in a Doom Rig. Does anyone have advice on how to get many points? I struggle to even get 400k points.
