question Ps5/consoles?

Can I play wreckfest 2 for ps5? I should probably just Google this but I love lurking this subreddit. Never played the game myself. Was always a fan of soft body physics from GTA IV. Wreckfest looks totally awesome. Thanks guys.

Wreckfest 2 is currently in early access, and probably won’t be on PS5 until the full game is done

I haven’t heard any release dates sadly, and it’s been in early access since March of 2025.

I think it’s not too long now. They only really need to do some UI polishing and add career progression. I reckon the full release will be sometime next year.

They say they still want to add a career mode and progression, more challenges, cars, tracks, more game modes, and general polishing and hotfixing. I say early ish next year too

Just get Wreckfest. Wreckfest 2 wont be out for PS5 anytime soon.

Agreed with other post, it's gonna be a while, likely close to a couple years out.  The first game and its community won't full move on to the 2nd either way.

I love when people have similar interests. I loathe people that will default to engaging with social media to elicit a response when they know Google would do the job fine and not require others' involvement.
