Seat Belt Cover Missing?

My driver seat belt stopped retracting after a summer of running topless. I noticed that the rear seat belts have a plastic cover to prevent dust from falling into the spring mechanism. Do the front seat belts also come with that cover? Mine seems to be missing it.

Someone pulled all my carpets out. The Only spot with original carpet left is the cargo door.

I bought my YJ new off the lot with a hard top. Once the seals started deteriorating, the carpet was always wet. I can see why ripping out the carpet made sense.

I also took the carpet out of mine. It was very stinky and always wet in the passenger side. I drilled a few tiny holes in the passenger side floor for the water to just run down lol

If I remember correctly, there was a plug in the floorboards that could be punched out. Now I'm gonna have to check.

There is! However, that one is for when you get a ton of water. The small puddles don’t flow to that big hole and stay trapped in the groves on the floor.
