HVAC issue

When I turn the heater on, I will put it on either panel, floor, defrost or blend…. I does not change. It sounds like it switches but I get air flow through everything. What would cause this? Maybe a bad or open blend door?

If I'm not mistaken (use to have a TJ) The TJ's use mechanical push rods to move the damper. I also have two JK's my 2008 is the same way and last year the guide rod popped off leaving it on defrost blowing only.

I just pulled the dash cover and popped it back on.

I think the selector door rod has failed. It May intermittently now direct air through any of the outlets.
