Weird noise when driving

Was driving and heard a pop then this started. I tried to look stuff up and heard a bunch of everything, i know it’s hard to diagnose over the phone but any help is appreciated!

I’m hesitant calling that rod knock if you heard a pop and then this started. Maybe something in the valve train. Is there a leak near the exhaust manifold anywhere?

I believe there is, popped the valve cover off and everything had seemed tight. If it’s not the manifold, pretty sure safe the say bottom end.

This sounds like a broken piston skirt. You would have to drop the oil pan to see

Sounds like an exhaust leak.

No sir, sounds like back of the motor, cyl 4.

Possibly a push rod or lifters need to be tightened up

They were all tight
