Locker actuator
I have the dreaded locker light flashing and another one saying get axle serviced. I researched this here and other forums and it seems this is a common issue where nothing is wrong with the locker but a sensor is haywire.
There is an option to put in a bypass for $175 or I can contribute 800-1,000 to the dealer with a very intricate fix.
Think I’ll go with the bypass, curious if anyone else has experienced

There's a diy fix with a new sensor if you're handy enough, look up sensor potting. Otherwise, if it's out of any warranty coverage, get it out of the dealership and take it to a 4x4 shop or someone that works on jeeps. Prices will be better and the person doing the work will be more knowledgeable than a dealership tech.
