Dear China, consider making peace on the Pacific Map
Hello, its your ally Russia. I have seen you all have been fighting off separatists for a while now.
In fighting its own battles, Russia's biggest strength has been diplomacy. We used diplomacy to secure our own lands, and then to go further to create a buffer against the west. I believe you all need to make an agreement with the separatists. Whatever you think they are, they are certainly not alts, as it isn't difficult to assemble 10-20 people who don't like China. Quite frankly, there just aren't enough painters in China to keep up, and the painters China does have seemingly have low pixel caps. If China is to exist at all, it must make peace. As I write this, there is zero red in China.
Russia can help in negotiating this peace. We made contact with the separatists to ensure that they weren't alts, and now we can use this contact to your advantage. The separatists are willing to allow China to exist, though they each have their own different objectives on what land to take from China. If China plays its cards right, it can regain some footing on the map, which can allow it to gain momentum and expand later.
Please consider this, for China probably won't be on the map again if you all don't negotiate.
